Regulatory Improvement Consultant Job Responsibilities:
- The Regulatory Improvement Consultant leads plans develops implements and evaluates regulatory readiness and drives and sustains improvements.
- Leads strategic initiatives and operational priorities and identities analyzes and manages regulatory compliance risks.
- Guides onsite survey and complaint response coordination and follow-up activities.
- Guides and facilitates senior leaders medical staff clinical leaders and other key stakeholders to identify analyze and resolve complex regulatory compliance issues.
- May perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in relevant field or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 4 years of experience in a healthcare related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in regulatory compliance in a hospital setting
- Background in Behavioral Health
