Responsibilities Include

Collaborate closely with development teams to support scalable and highly available production systems.

Design build and maintain infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Manage core production environments including regular updates and configuration changes.

Proactively identify and resolve issues in production systems to minimize downtime.

Provide on-call support during off-hours including nights and weekends as required

Ideal candidates will have

Minimum 5 years of experience managing and maintaining Linux and Windows servers in a global multi-node environment.

Strong experience with open-source technologies such as:

Databases/Messaging: MySQL Kafka CouchDB

Service Discovery/Security: Consul Vault

Web & Caching: HAProxy Squid Varnish

Big Data/Search: Hadoop ElasticSearch

Hands-on experience installing configuring and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.

Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems in production environments.

Proficient with public cloud platforms such asAWSandAzure.

Experience in infrastructure as code and automation tools:TerraformPuppet scripting withPythonandBash.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such asZabbixandGrafana

Extra points for

Experience working in SaaS or high-availability internet-based environments.

Passion for technology: curious self-motivated and eager to explore and adopt new tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive resolution.

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
