You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLeeds Federated are looking for a New Business Manager to play a central role in identifying and securing new business opportunities to enable the association to make informed decisions on the targeting of future investment.
Youll lead on identifying and securing new development opportunities for affordable homes to rent and buy including outright sale properties that generate profit to reinvest in delivering even more affordable housing. Youll also work closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handover of new schemes at the appropriate stage while also identifying and developing new partnerships and joint ventures to seize opportunities and overcome challenges.
