Float is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who brings an owners mindset entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to this role you wont be responsible for sourcing your own leads our team provides you with a curated list of high-quality prospects. Your mission is to engage those leads build meaningful conversations and qualify opportunities for our Account Executives. Success here comes down to grit hustle and consistently hitting high dialing quotas. Youll play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and brand awareness at one of Canadas fastest-growing fintech companies!
High-Volume Outreach & Qualification: Execute and manage outreach to a provided list of Canadian companies. Maintain a rigorous dialing cadence making 100 calls per day to qualify leads and drive pipeline growth.
Multi-Channel Engagement: Convey Floats value through personalized emails social outreach and timely follow-ups that keep momentum going.
Relationship Building: Develop rapport with key stakeholders by understanding their business challenges and positioning Float as the ideal solution.
Pipeline Management: Log every interaction accurately track lead statuses and maintain a healthy organized pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with Account Executives to schedule and prepare for discovery and demo calls ensuring a frictionless hand-off.
Process Improvement: Lean on your always-be-testing mentality to refine cadences messaging and tactics with an eye toward improving conversion rates.
Voice of the Customer: Capture and share feedback objections and success stories internally so we can continuously enhance our product and go-to-market approach.

Have proven B2B SDR or high-activity sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding 80 dials per day and qualification targets.

Are highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
Are a team player who welcomes feedback and helps lift up those around you.
