We will provide service members with valuable civilian work experience through industry specific training certifications and on the job experience during their DoD SkillBridge internship to help them ready themselves for their next mission.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR DOD SKILLBRIDGE JOB OPPORTUNITES YOU MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE U.S. MILITARY WITH 180 DAYS OF SERVICE OR FEWER REMAINING PRIOR TO YOUR DATE OF SEPARATION AND HAVE AT LEAST 180 CONTINUOUS DAYS OF ACTIVE SERVICE.
Essential Functions: This role will support the International Business Development Team. The position focuses on expanding L3Harris global reach by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and managing international sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include market research developing international business plans negotiating contracts and fostering relationships with international clients and partners. This position requires the individual to be capable of handling a broad range of competing priorities daily.
Qualifications:A bachelors degree in a relevant field (like business marketing or international relations) experience in international sales or business development strong communication and negotiation skills and cultural awareness.
United States Citizenship required with ability to obtain a US security clearance
Education Bachelors degree with a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years prior related experience
9 years experience developing and executing strategies in a DoD environment
9 years of Military or Security Sales experience ideally with a large OEM
