As a team leader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and ongoing delivery of transportation and access services encompassing vital tasks such as access planning matching monitoring and this position you will have the chance to inspire and lead a dedicated team fostering connections and driving positive change in the lives of youth and children.
As the team lead you will:
You have completed a Child & Youth Care Worker diploma from a provincially approved post-secondary institution along with three (3) years of related experience.
You must have in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation regulations guidelines occupational health and safety practices and crisis intervention techniques. You must also demonstate:
The ability to lead motivate and ensure a strong collaborative team working environment.
Communication skills written and verbal.
Sound judgment and strong initiative

Work is performed in a busy office environment with repeated interruptions. Travel is required for this position as such you must have a valid drivers licence ability to travel to various locations as required.
Pay Grade: TE 23
Salary Range: $2273.69- $2683.02Bi-Weekly
