As the customers first point of contact the Customer Service Representative will be welcoming helpful and patient while assisting customers and educating them on the vehicle repair process.

This is an onsite position working in an office environment and occasionally in the shop collaborating with technicians and estimators and assisting customers in person and over the phone. Hours are Monday Friday 8AM to 5pm.
