An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake the role of full-time Maintenance Minor Works Co-Ordinator within the Estate & Facilities Services Department based at Kent Police Headquarters.
This is a challenging role that requires the successful candidate to manage countywide minor building projects cyclical maintenance and task schedule requests. To monitor co-ordinate and prioritise workloads make key decisions ensuring statutory compliance team management and financial control.
You will work closely in support of the Mechanical & Electrical Engineer and the Estate Services team as well as our operational colleagues.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a mechanical/electrical/building services environment and be flexible in their working as this is an agile worker post.
Applicants will provide evidence of the following skills/experience: Professional qualifications membership of relevant professional bodies and similar work experience.
This opportunity would suit a highly motivated and dynamic individual who can bring their wide experience to the Estate & Facilities Services Department.

Kent Police offer incremental increases within this salary band therefore the salary for this position will rise to a maximum of37932.00.
