We typically close OEM and embedded licensing deals multi-year (1 to 3 year) contracts five to seven figure TCV with a strong land and expand model. Key buyer personas are the CPO and CTO.
Were scaling extremely rapidly and we need a driven Account Executive to help fuel our growth. As an AE youll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our sales team closing high-quality deals that drive StackOnes expansion.
You will own the sales process end-to-end from sourcing leads using our TAM data building relationships qualifying opportunities nurturing leads to driving deals to closing. Your approach will be consultative leading SaaS companies choose StackOne because our product and team allow them to dream bigger and you will be in the driving seat to build strong business cases for integrations with StackOne.
You will report directly to the Founder & CEO. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment.
Lead Generation: Innovatively source nurture and identify new business opportunities with key target companies.
Pipeline Management: Own and drive the sales pipeline converting leads into long-term partners.
Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships helping them to define how integrations can transform their SaaS product.
Product Demos: Deliver impactful demos that showcase StackOnes value.
Events: Attend and meet prospects at key events from our monthly People Tech Breakfasts to key HR Technology shows in Europe and US.
Deal Closing: Negotiate and close deals ensuring a seamless handoff to customer success.
Strategy: Partner with Solutions Engineering Marketing and Product teams to refine the sales strategy.
3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (in an AE BDR or Sales Engineering position).
Strong understanding of SaaS and API-driven products.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple deals and customer relationships with ease.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong project management skills.
