Position Summary:

As an Outside Sales and Account Representative you will play a crucial role in selling pest prevention services to commercial organizations. Using a consultative sales approach you will understand clients unique challenges and propose solutions to address active pest control problems and ongoing maintenance needs. You will collaborate closely with managers and specialty teams to ensure service excellence customer satisfaction and appropriate pricing structures.


What youll do:

  1. Drive New Business: Prospect develop leads cold call and build a network of referrals to generate new business opportunities and expand client services.
  2. Optimize Sales Cycle: Streamline the sales process to drive business forward from initial contact to closing deals.
  3. Develop Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through integrity and excellent service.
  4. Collaborate Internally: Work closely with operations marketing and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and develop proposals.
  5. Represent the Brand: Uphold the Sprague brand by delivering professional presentations inspecting client sites and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company protocols.

Position Title: Account Manager / Sales Representative

Reports To: Branch Manager

Travel: 10%

FLSA Status: Exempt

Exemption: Outside Sales

EEOC Class: Sales Workers

Salary: $55000-$65000 plus commissions
