Job Description

- Clean restore and deodorize contents and property
- Take pictures of contents before and after washing
- Load and inventory work vehicles with equipment supplies and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
- Respond to emergencies such as water and fire damage
- Help with assessments and restoration plans
- Communicate with clients about concerns and the restoration process
- Communicate safety hazards and job site findings with supervisors
- Thorough understanding of water smoke and mold removal procedures and equipment used. (Training will be provided)
- Light Office cleaning as needed
- Strong work ethic
- Honest and accountable
- Detail oriented is a must
- Strong oral communication skills
- Background in restoration construction or a related field is preferred
- IICRC certification is a plus
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts
- Occasionally - Lifting objects/property
- Constant- Walking standing and working with your hands
This is a full-time position daytime Monday Friday 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires longer hours (beyond 8 hours a day) including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
