Head of Product AI-Powered Recruitment Platform
We re building a one-of-a-kind platform that will redefine how hiring works intelligent fast and deeply human. At the core is an AI-driven recruitment engine powered by data automation and real-time decision-making.
Were looking for a Head of Product with 15 years of experience who can lead this transformation from vision to scale.
What You ll Lead:
- Define and drive the product strategy for our AI-powered recruitment and talent-matching platform.
- Build advanced modules around job discovery candidate sourcing automated matching and workflow automation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering data science design and business teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle from user research to execution and feedback loops.
What You Bring:
- 15 years of product leadership experience in SaaS or platform product companies.
- Hands-on exposure to HRTech including HRMS ATS or recruitment systems.
- Strong technical background comfortable working with AWS architecture DevOps pipelines and coding fundamentals.
- Proven ability to work with AI/ML teams and ship intelligent scalable products.
- A builder mindset with a strong bias for action user empathy and product intuition.
