Craft and deliver concepts proposals and presentations for a variety of business and technical audiences.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience owning large cross-functional contact center and support initiatives including IVR technologies.
BA or BS or minimum of 3-5 years related work experience.
Experience with generative technologies conversational design and associated integrations.
Analytical problem solver. Ability to utilize data driven methodologies to ensure continued program success.
Ability to transform data and observations into impactful insights and actionable plans.
Capable of coordinating and directing global teams of high-performing project managers developers and business operations resources.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Business preferred.
