Job Description
Partner with engineering teams in the design and execution of manual and automated test plans for new features and system upgradesIdentify gaps in testing processesand take the initiative to fill themTrack analyze and report on QA metrics (such as defect rates test coverage and cycle times) to drive continuous improvement and transparency across teamsPlay a key role in the release cycle ensuring regressions are caught and resolved before launchCollaborate across functionsdevelopment product management and supportto drive high-impact improvementsHelp document systems workflows and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and scale across teamsMove fast without sacrificing quality balancing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting timelines
- Several years of proven experience in software quality assurance with deep expertise in quality processes tools and metrics including the development of testing strategies from the ground up
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks including architecture design development and scripting as well as strong expertise in API and Web Services testing
- Experience working in Agile development environments using software build tools CI/CD integrations deployment process and code quality checking tools
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent
