Program Highlights:
- Eight Weeks of Immersive Training: Jump into an intensive 8-week onboarding program designed to jumpstart your knowledge of our digital marketing industry and use cutting-edge technologies like AI to help drive impact in the digital marketing space.
- Hands-On Experience Early On:. PMG is an AI-first organization. Youll develop software solutions and engineer scalable systems gaining invaluable experience from day one.
- Focus on Learning Not Just Leading: While leadership is part of our name our priority is to equip you with cutting-edge knowledge and hands-on experience first. Youll work alongside best-in-class AI & Software engineers engaging in collaborative opportunities like peer programming gain exposure to leadership and lead the charge of AI Agents. What Were Looking For:
- Academic Prowess: Completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related fields.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with programming languages like Python JavaScript and is beneficial as are skills in AWS and GCP and experience with AI technologies including OpenAI Bedrock Vertex and LangChain
- Eager Learners: A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing.
- Work Experience: Internships or relevant work experience that shows problem-solving and technical capabilities.
- Authorization to Work: Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this role.
