Job Summary
TheCirculator RN plays a crucial role in ensuring effective patient care by assisting in the preparation monitoring and maintaining of patients during surgical procedures. This position requires a high level of attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain a sterile field within the operating room
- Monitor patients vital signs throughout surgery
- Document patient information and surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of California
- Previous experience as a Circulator RN preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
