Job Description
The Southeastern Technical Institute is currently accepting applications for a part-time
Dental Assisting Technical Assistant in our Post-secondary Dental Assisting Program.
The Technical Assistant will be responsible for
- The setup and breakdown of student labs.
- Assisting instructors and students during labs.
- Ensuring tools equipment and instruments are operational and maintained.
- Proper sterilization of tools equipment and instruments.
- Inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Assist instructors with other administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred candidates would have:
- Chapter 74 Dental Assisting licensure or eligiblefor licensure
- Pay according the Federation pay scale
- CDA or RDH
- Possess or working towards Bachelors Degree
- At least 3 full years in Dentistry
- Add teaching responsibilities
