Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Warehouse & Support Associate to support our fast-paced operations here at Mighty Auto Parts. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys varietybalancing warehouse tasks phones invoicing delivery routing and occasional driving. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with others are essential for success in this role.
Warehouse & Support Associate Compensation and Benefits:
Warehouse & Support Associate Competitive Salary: $23-$26 per hour
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year with increases over time.

Warehouse & Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries orders and logistics.
- Invoicing & Order Processing: Accurately invoice orders and enter data into our system.
- Delivery Routing: Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers for efficient routing.
- Inventory Management: Receive shipments and maintain warehouse accuracy.
- Warehouse Operations: Pick and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
- Deliveries: Drive a company vehicle to deliver parts as needed and be comfortable driving a box truck (must pass DOT physical).
- General Support: Assist with various tasks as directed by the Parts Director to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintains professional appearance.
Warehouse & Support Associate Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in warehouse logistics or admin support (automotive industry a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong team-oriented mindset are a top priority
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers and phone systems
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the warehouse
- Reliable adaptable and a team player
