Minimum Qualifications:
Baccalaureate Degree ADN or Diploma. RN Degree Major: Registered Nurse.
One (1) years RN experience
Licenses certificates or registration
Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License.

Responsibilities:
Delivers direct nursing care in accordance with the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and institutional standards ensuring safe and high-quality care for orthopaedic and spine patients
Collects and documents comprehensive patient assessments including health history vital signs pain levels and readiness for surgery or postoperative recovery
Develops individualized Plans of Care (POC) based on assessment data and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring alignment with medical orders
Implements and evaluates patient care interventions monitor progress toward goals and adjust care plans using evidence-based practice standards
Administers medications safely provide drug-related education to patients and families and ensure compliance with all nursing and institutional guidelines
Provides patient and family education and discharge planning covering self-management strategies post-operative care needs and transitions to the next level of care
Serves as a clinical resource and mentor supporting student nurses and fellow staff delegating care according to UAMS/TOSH standards and individual competency
Contributes to quality improvement initiatives support evidence-based practices report care variances and participate in professional development and policy committees
May perform other duties as assigned
