How Youll Make an Impact
Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct electrical mechanical and visual testing throughout the manufacturing process.
Identify and document defects or non-conformances escalating issues as needed.
Maintain accurate traceable inspection records to support data-driven decisions.
Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated at required intervals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
U.S. Citizenship required.
High School Diploma or GED.
Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts as needed.
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
5 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience in quality control or assurance with knowledge of QMS and industry standards.
