Floater Security Officer - Part-Time
Former Military / Law Enforcement encouraged to apply!
Location: Casa Grande AZ
**Open availability needed & will be stationed at various site locations**
Rate: $17.00/Hour

At Securitas our security officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments help safeguard people property and a Multi-Site Officer you will gain a broad knowledge of various high-profile posts and will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential.

What Your Day May Look Like
- Provide security coverage for short-term special security assignments
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site and training newly assigned permanent officers
- Weekend and holiday availability needed
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations call-offs no shows holidays etc.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises
- Provide high level of customer service to clients employees and guests.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Arizona drivers License and clear driving history
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Customer service background preferred
- Prior security experience a plus
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
