What youll do
As aNight Duty Manager youll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- TheNight Duty Managerwill beresponsible for managing night audit procedures including financial reportingand balancing accounts. Also they will prepare the daily reports regardingnight operations. The night duty manager role is crucial for the enrichment ofguests profiles in Nexus.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests such as room preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Duty Manager.
- The NightDuty Manager will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests suppliers and colleagues
The itemsshared are the essence of a day in the life of a NightDutyManager but well makesure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
Theoperational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
- Thesecurrently set as: 4 days on 4 days off 12 hours per shift.
What youll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experiencein Hospitality: Backgroundin hotels is essential. Previous experience in 5 star luxury hotels ispreferred.
- Knowledge of Policies andProcedures:Familiarity with front desk SOPs safety protocols and emergency all operations run smoothly and that the environment is safe andwelcoming.
- TechnicalProficiency:Familiarity with technology PMS Opera Alice (Knowledge of CRM Nexus ispreferred) and other relevant technology email WhatsApp.
- GuestService Orientation:Handle guest check-ins check-outs and resolve any issues or complaintspromptly. Commitmentto providing excellent service to guests and to handle unexpected situations.
- LeadershipSkills: Supportingthe Reception manager in keeping staff motivated providing guidance andassistance as needed and making decisions in absence of senior management.
- CommunicationSkills: Clear andeffective communication with team members and guests ensuring a high level ofengagement with them.
