About the role
Reporting to the Executive Officer the Executive Team Assistant provides high-level confidential administrative support to the Executive team members to ensure Carpentarias strategic priorities are met and smooth and efficient operations.

About you
We are looking for an experienced administrative who can demonstrate the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level organisational skills including flexibility problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines. As well as strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and project management tools.
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card Criminal History Check NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and an NT DriversLicence.
