100% FTE Night shift. Hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday with an on-call weekend rotation required.. Off hours business hours may be required based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital.

We are seeking a Security Supervisor to:
- Supervise assign and evaluate the activities of shift personnel ensuring adherence to department and UW Health policies and procedures.
- Plan daily assignments and conduct daily briefings for security operations.
- Assess shift personnel and equipment needs.
- Assist with shift operations as needed.
- Cover as supervisor at University Hospital as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in related field Preferred or
- Bachelors Degree in related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years relevant work-related experience Required
- 5 years hospital security/supervision experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Wisconsin Drivers License Required and
- Completion of IAHSS Supervisor Certification within 6 months Required
