Make a difference as a Grower Services/ Data Analytics Manager
As a new Grower Services/Data Analytics Manager at Tree Top you will engage in a dynamic blend of responsibilities daily. Your primary focus will be ensuring fruit is priced correctly across our systems and provide accurate and timely payments to suppliers. As well as monitoring and documenting member deliveries to the cooperative. Youll collaborate with with logistics field and fruit receiving across the network of manufacturing facilities gathering insights to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to conduct regular meetings with growers to assess performance metrics and address any challenges. You will also prepare reports and present findings to management offering recommendations based on data analysis. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday during day shifts allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while fostering strong relationships within the team.
Continuous learning and adaptation are key as youll stay updated on industry trends to drive forward-thinking initiatives.

Pay Information
Salary Range: $83600 to $125400 annually
Target Starting Range: $83600 to $95000 annually
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this positions grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors such as experience and if applicable location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
