Our AI in Finance & Analytics Leadership Development Program

Real impact accelerated learning driven by you

Program Design:

• Duration:24 months divided into 4 rotations of 6 months each
• Pilot AI projects with scale-up potential: During your rotation you are expected to deliver pilot Artificial Intelligence projects e.g. Predictive Planning AI Forecasting Narrative Reporting etc
• Group Finance Rotations:Two rotations in Group Finance including Group FP&A & Controlling Commercial Analytics and Group Tax & Treasury to foster leadership skills through cross-functional collaboration and involvement in key financial decision-making processes
• Business Partnering Rotations:Two rotations as a Finance Business Partner including EMEAC (Europe Middle-East Africa Canada) Region/Markets LATAM (Latin America) Region/Markets SOIF (Strategy Operations Innovation Finance) to develop skills in financial analysis stakeholder management cost optimization and influencing business outcomes.
• Location:No global mobility required as the program will be conducted at our GCC in Barcelona with some business travel as needed.
• Program Governance: Our program provides an extensive support for talent development including Steering Committee mentoring from our dedicated Finance Leadership team members and day-to-day oversight from the assignment line manager.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Digital & Analytical Competencies:
  • Advanced Data Analytics: Proficiency in leveraging data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik) to derive actionable insights.
  • Forecasting & Predictive Modeling: Experience with statistical forecasting techniques and predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Artificial Intelligence & Automation: Familiarity with AI-driven financial tools and automation technologies (e.g. machine learning models RPA) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with large datasets cloud-based platforms (e.g. Oracle EPM Azure AWS) and programming languages such as Python or R for financial analysis.
  • Digital Transformation Mindset: Ability to contribute to digital finance initiatives and drive innovation through technology adoption.
• Strong Academic Background:Masters degree in Data Science Mathematics Finance or other related fields. MBA desirable
• Professional Experience:3 to 5 years in Data Scientist role with proven track record successfully leading global scale AI Finance / Commercial Analytics related projects or initiatives. Experience in the Healthcare or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills:Strong competencies in financial modeling data analysis and digital finance tools.
• Language Skills:Full proficiency in English with one additional language.
• International Experience:At least one year of experience abroad either through work or study.
• Communication Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
