How Youll Make an Impact
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Senior Field Coordinator plays a key role in promoting Dudeks safety programs and success of the Watercraft Inspection Program. This position supports the safety team and program management by assisting with the implementation of field safety protocols delivering key safety communications managing equipment and PPE distribution and supporting the onboarding and training of field staff.
Working under the guidance of the EHS team and program leadership the EHS Field Coordinator will help ensure that day-to-day field operations align with safety standards regulatory requirements and internal best practices. This individual will also assist with incident response field audits and the coordination of certifications and compliance documentation.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in field operations and a solid understanding of safety procedures who thrives in a team environment and is committed to fostering a safety-first culture across all field teams.
