Britsafe is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to join our team working weekends in a busy gatehouse at a factory site. This role involves managing vehicle access conducting regular patrols and being the first point of contact for all site visitors deliveries and contractors.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Booking vehicles in and out of the site
Monitoring and controlling access at the gatehouse
Performing routine patrols of the premises
Recording vehicle movements using computer systems
Communicating professionally with contractors and delivery drivers
Requirements:
Valid SIA Licence (Security Guard or Door Supervisor)
Prior experience in a security role ideally in a gatehouse or industrial setting
Basic computer literacy to record vehicle movements accurately
Fluent spoken and written English as clear communication is essential
Punctual reliable and professional with a strong work ethic
