Job Description:
The Technical Lead (TL) position is a senior development/supervisory position in the Capgemini SAP CX Team. The TL position corresponds to the Development Technical Team Leader (Team Lead) role on projects and supervises the day-to-day activity of the Development Team (back-end developers and/or front-end developers) and functions as a project teams most senior applications engineer. The TL partners functionally within project teams working under the direction of the Technical Architect (TA) and the Project Manager (PM). The TL is involved in or leads: sprint planning running daily scrums performing code reviews and communicating with team members on both progress and roadblocks.
Furthermore The TL mentors coaches and supports the junior members of the development team while collaborating with project leadership (TA PM etc.). On projects of smaller size and simple-to-intermediate complexity the TL can be called upon to perform software development / Platform Configuration and is expected and required to have and maintain the skills of a Senior Developer on the platform.
Requirements:
Excellent domain expertise on SAP CPQ technical aptitude and ability to quickly adapt new technical skills related to CPQ
Expert-level knowledge and experience in SAP CPQ features like Product Configuration Configuration Options Pricing Rules Price Adjustment Purchase History Guided Selling CRM Integration Proposal Automation Customer Self Service (eCommerce) Reporting and Analytics
Highly skilled in hands-on development using IronPython SQL HTML CSS and JavaScript development in the context of customizing the SAP CPQ platform
Estimating tasks and deciding which user stories can be completed in each sprint.
Creating and defining tasks in JIRA with sufficient detail for the developer to be able to execute the task including estimates for hours and deadlines; includes Task Assignment & Resource Allocation for the team members.
Developer Coaching ensuring each Developer is equipped for success such that: 1) The developer understands the task objectives requirements constraints approach; 2)The developer understands task estimates and deadlines; and 3) The developer understands relevant references and resources provided for the developer
Apply deep technical expertise to resolve challenging Scripting and design problems
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development Support and Deployment.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization as well as testing deployment and release management or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You have a leading role in projects with strong client exposure. You are responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle and you act as a client-facing lead developer. You drive sales opportunities within your area of responsibility. You know future developments in several applications and/or technologies and you are seen as subject matter expert within your unit and beyond.
Qualification: 12 years Bachelors Degree.
Certification: Should have SE level 2 and seeking level 3.
Should be master in Package Configuration.
Must have experience in Architecture Knowledge Testing and Vendor Management.
Should be proficient in Business Analysis Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
