Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Leader to drive the aggressive growth and diversification of our regional re-roofing business. This role is critical to capturing new revenue streams expanding our market presence across key regional states and positioning our company as the go-to partner for commercial re-roofing. Your proven sales leadership deep industry knowledge and ability to forge lasting client relationships will be essential in building a high-performing pipeline and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
Regional Business Development and Market Expansion:
- Actively prospect and secure high-value re-roofing projects across commercial sectors at a regional level.
- Identify and target underserved markets major property owners and regional consultant networks to capture emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of regional opportunities with consistent follow-through and deal closure.
Client Consultation and Tailored Solutions:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their re-roofing needs timelines and budget priorities.
- Provide expert guidance on systems materials and long-term solutions suited to the regional climate and building mix.
- Conduct site visits and develop detailed client-specific proposals that address complex project requirements.
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Lead impactful sales presentations that showcase our regional expertise national resources and proven execution.
- Prepare compelling proposals aligned with budget and scope ensuring a competitive advantage regional markets.
- Anticipate and address client questions and objections to position our company as the top regional choice.
Relationship Building and Client Retention:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with property owners consultants and facility managers throughout the region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional accounts ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and cross-market opportunities.
Regional Sales Strategy and Growth Targets:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set ambitious regional growth targets and track progress with discipline.
- Continuously refine strategies based on market trends competitor activity and client feedback.
- Ensure focus on high-margin strategic re-roofing opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
Networking and Regional Industry Presence:
- Represent the company at regional trade shows industry events and networking opportunities to expand visibility and influence.
- Engage in local and regional industry associations to unlock new relationships and business opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client interactions and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales performance reports offering insights into key regional trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years proven success in sales within the commercial roofing industry preferably with a strong focus on re-roofing in key regional markets.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals with a proven track record of securing new business opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of re-roofing systems products and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients across regional markets.
- Self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed continuously looking for ways to grow and diversify the business.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to target markets nationwide.
- Valid drivers license required.
