Description: General Maintenance (CMF I)
12-month hourly employee
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Times of Shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

Job Summary:

Completes general maintenance building work orders assigned by the Building and Grounds Manager.
Performs scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned by the Building and Grounds Manager.
Assists with snow removal operations.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Building and Grounds Manager.

Qualifications:

Possess basic knowledge in carpentry electrical plumbing painting and custodial equipment repair.
Possess safety habits and skills for performing maintenance work.
Have the ability to plan and organize an appropriate maintenance program.
Possess or be able to obtain a Commercial Drivers License.
Must be capable of understanding instructions and physically able to perform assigned tasks.

Working Conditions:
Is under the supervision of the the Building and Grounds Manager.

Terms of Employment
Twelve and benefits to be established by the agreement between the Board of Education and the District 211 Operations Maintenance Group.
