Lead Team: Guide estimators to deliver accurate bids.
Oversee Bids: Ensure estimates meet specs and deadlines.
Review Plans: Interpret roofing system drawings.
Vendor Coordination: Get pricing and manage supplier relationships.
Boost Accuracy: Use data to improve estimating processes.
What youll need
5 years commercial roofing estimating 2 in leadership
Knowledge of TPO EPDM metal slate systems
Proficient in takeoffs blueprints and software
Strong team leadership and deadline management
Solid cost contract and budget understanding
