Scheduler Home Care Agency
Location: Raleigh NC

Hours: MondayFriday 8:45 AM 4:45 PM

Were looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced Scheduler who thrives on staying organized and solving problems and who can juggle phone calls texts emails and scheduling software without missing a beat.
What Youll Do:
- Coordinate daily and weekly caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability skills and personality fit
- Respond quickly to last-minute changes and open shifts
- Communicate with caregivers clients and families across multiple platforms
- Keep our systems updated and accurate in real time (ClearCare/WellSky email text CRM etc.)
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless care delivery
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years of scheduling staffing or administrative experience (home care a plus!)
- Strong multitasking skills youre comfortable managing multiple software platforms at once
- Great communication professional clear and empathetic
- Organized responsive and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office scheduling systems and digital tools
