Make a Real Impact as a Secondary Maths Tutor.
Are you a passionate educator making a difference in the lives of students We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors. Youll provide personalised 1:1 support in Maths for Secondary students. These in-person sessions in Fulham offer the chance to work closely with students helping them build skills and confidence in a supportive and tailored learning environment.
- This job is in-person in the Fulham area
- Day(s) and Time(s): Tuesdays/9.35 am - 3.30am
- Subject and Level: KS3 - KS4 Maths
- Start date: October 2025
- Contract length: Until March 2026
- Rate of pay: 30p/h
What Youll Do
- Develop and deliver tuition programmes in small groups or 1:1
- Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level
- Assessing any barriers to students learning and working to overcome these
- Monitoring student progress and producing reports
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks youre providing subject tuition in
- Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager
Requirements
Were looking for someone who has:
- A Mathematics PGCE / Maths related Bachelors Degree and QTS
- 3 years of tutoring / teaching experience
- An ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with students with SEN/ SEMH
- The right to be self employed in the UK
