Job Description
Coordinates facilitates and organizes all activities related to the day-to-day operations and logistics of the department. Responsible for assisting the VP of IT and other senior leaders within the department with scheduling and project needs. Knowledge of office procedures and practices. Ability to express oneself effectively both through verbal and written form. Responsible for consistently displaying a teamwork approach considering the impact of their actions and behaviors on others. Ability to follow up and document key areas of concern. Excellent organizational skills with effective time management.
