What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules budgets materials and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and office leadership
- Collaborate with Superintendents and Field Leaders to support field operations
- Speak Spanish to communicate effectively with crews (required)
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of commercial roofing experience (Project Manager- level)
- Proficiency with single-ply systems(TPO PVC EPDM)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once
