Wundermart is growing fast in Germany - and were ready to take things to the next level.

Were looking for a talented entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint in the German market. Youll be a key player in our German team especially if you are based in either Berlin or Munich and work closely with an experienced commercial lead already on the ground. If youre driven sharp and passionate about growing partnerships in hospitality this could be your next move.

What youll do

As Regional Sales Manager youll be responsible for driving Wundermarts continued growth in either the Berlin or Munich area two of our key markets. Youll work on the entire commercial process: from identifying prospects and pitching to signing new partners and opening shops.

Were not starting from scratch: Wundermart is already up and running in Germany and youll build on the foundation weve created supported by HQ and working closely with our commercial lead in the region.

Expect to spend a lot of time in hotels introducing them to our tech-driven shop concept building strong relationships and becoming a go-to name in the local hotel scene.

Youll work hand in hand with your commercial colleague to coordinate efforts share insights and drive performance across Germany.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own your regional pipeline from first contact to signature

  • Actively approach new prospects through calls walk-ins referrals and inbound leads

  • Drive new business by signing and opening shops in your region

  • Work with both individual hotels and hotel chains/groups

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the hospitality sector

  • Be a trusted local expert representing Wundermart in your region

  • Collaborate closely with other teams and help improve our offering through feedback and data

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You live in or near Berlin or Munich with the flexibility to travel between cities occasionally

  • You have a valid drivers license

  • You bring 5 years of experience in a commercial client-facing role

  • Experience in hospitality retail tech or B2B sales is a big plus

  • You have a Bachelors degree or higher in Sales Marketing Business or Hospitality

  • You speak German and English fluently

  • Youre a self-starter: proactive goal-oriented and hands-on

  • You build relationships with ease and know how to close a deal

  • Youre someone who thrives in a scale-up environment - fast-paced dynamic and full of opportunity
