Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Per-Diem Home Health Aide at Interim HealthCare in South Portland ME you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities and personal care in their homes. This role requires compassion and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with household chores and meal preparation
- Report any changes in clients condition to the supervising nurse
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Home Health Aide/CNA
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
