Were hiring early-in-your-career talent to join us on a series of rotating 3-month contracts working directly with each of our core teams: Sales & Marketing Customer Success Product or Corporate Services. Many individuals on our team at Thrive joined us early in their careers and have had successful growth paths.
Youll gain hands-on experience build cross-functional skills and have the chance to rotate into new departments every 3 months. Were looking for curious motivated generalists with good communication skills who want to learn how a fast-growing tech company operates and contribute meaningfully along the way.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals excited and passionate about growing a business not maintaining the status quo.
Depending on your rotation you might:
- Assist in conducting market research help maintain our CRM in Sales or create content with our Marketing team.
- Support participant engagement or triage support requests with our Customer Success team
- Test new product features or track user feedback with our Product team
- Assist with data analysis invoicing or internal projects with our Corporate Services team
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Are early in your career (a recent college or university graduate or considering a career transition)
- Are eager to spend time in office having face time with senior leadership including our founders
- Are curious adaptable and eager to learn new skills
- Can communicate clearly and professionally
