Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues in medical systems.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks and workstations.
Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve operations.
Train staff on software applications and provide ongoing user support.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues ensuring optimal functionality.
Collaborate with different departments to assess and address their IT needs effectively.
Maintain documentation of IT processes procedures and technical information.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in IT support or as an IT Generalist preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
