Job Details
- Reporting to the Risk Director youll play a critical role in ensuring our organisation is prepared for and can effectively respond to business disruptions - coordinating incident responses guiding senior stakeholders and embedding lessons learned.
- Lead the design and rollout of our Operational Resilience Framework including impact tolerances and scenario testing.
- Own our enterprise-wide BCP strategy and ensure it aligns with resilience goals.
- Oversee the creation testing and improvement of Business Continuity Plans across key functions.
- Partner with senior leaders to embed resilience into our culture.
- Ensure we meet UK and GIB regulatory requirements (e.g. FCA PS21/3).
Skills we would love you to have
- Extensive experience in Operational Resilience or Risk Management within financial services (banking or insurance preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks for operational resilience.
- Proven experience building and embedding Operational Resilience and BCP frameworks.
- Skilled in third-party due diligence and supplier risk management.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in cyber resilience or IT disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with global standards such as ISO 22301 NIST or DORA.
- Experience using Decision Focus.

Salary Attractive salary based on experience plus car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
