Role: Inside Sales Specialist Roofing & Remodeling (Remote)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Were looking for an experienced closer to join our Inside Sales team focused on warm rehash opportunities. These are homeowners whove already met with us but didnt move forward. Your job is to re-engage the conversation uncover objections and help them take the next step.
If youve excelled in in-home sales and are looking to shift off the road while keeping your edge this could be the right move.
What Youll Do
- Follow up with homeowners who had unsold estimates
- Reframe the value address concerns and close over the phone
- Collaborate with local brand teams to support follow-through
- Offer financing solutions that fit homeowner budgets
- Track your performance and help improve the playbook
What You Bring
- 1 years of D2C in-home sales experience (roofing or similar preferred)
- Strong phone presence and a closers mindset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Organized and coachable with a focus on results
