Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Commercial Carpenter or Carpenter Apprentice for a long-term role with a commercial construction company located in Hillsboro OR. The person in this position will perform work at companies like Nike and Intel.
PAY: $24-28/hr
Commercial Carpenter Responsibilities:
Some Renovation tasks - general tenant improvement.
Metal framing
Drywall patch work and sheet rock hanging
Painting
Hand and power tool operation
Lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Employees will report to main site in the morning for dispatch and will either drive a company vehicle or ride in a company truck to sites
Commercial Carpenter Qualifications:
3 years of carpentry experience
Sheetrock experience including taping and hanging is a must.
1 year of painting/drywall
Must have own hand tools
Ability to pass a ten year background check (no felonies)
Must be able to pass a UA drug screen (including THC)
Drivers license and ability to be insured to drive a company vehicle preferred
