Role Description:
SRI Telecom is seeking an experienced Field Services Partner Manager to drive mission-critical data center deployments across the U.S. This role will lead a network of subcontractors and service partners supporting infrastructure rollouts-including rack stack power and fiber installations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of field operations vendor management and a strong track record of aligning partner resources with aggressive deployment schedules.
Key Tasks:
- Identify vet and manage subcontractor service partners to support national data center deployment projects.
- Ensure partner readiness through training documentation and health & safety compliance.
- Align subcontractor capacity with project forecasts across multiple U.S. regions.
- Create and maintain scopes of work (SoWs) installation standards and onboarding materials.
- Act as the escalation point for field service partner issues and performance concerns.
- Lead service review meetings monitor KPIs/SLAs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide input to sales and business development teams regarding partner availability and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate partner contracts and rates.
- Conduct operational audits to ensure partner compliance with safety quality and procedures.
- Foster transparent accountable relationships with partners to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- 5-10 years of experience in field services deployment operations or vendor/subcontractor management.
- Proven track record managing subcontractors and vendor networks across regions.
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure: rack/stack cabling power systems white space buildouts.
- Strong resource planning and project forecasting skills.
- Expertise in safety quality and regulatory compliance within field service environments.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
