Key Components:
This position requires preparing and managing equipment on campus and during travel providing clean laundry to team members assisting in on campus recruiting responsibilities and other tasks involving team preparatory work. A general knowledge of tennis will be helpful but not required. Specific tasks and responsibilities this job may incur are listed below:
Job Functions:
- Attend all mandatory meetings matches and functions.
- Provide clean laundry/towels twice a week and place in athletes lockers
- Maintaining the team locker room and the team room
- Keep inventory in a storage unit
- Film video footage at matches and upload videos to the team Dropbox after matches
- Pick up snacks before travel trips
- Help with match setup and occasionally picking up food and cleaning up post-match
- Ensure that snacks and beverages are available for each practice and matches
- Pick up team room snacks weekly and set up in the locker room
- Assist with the organization of the equipment room
- Assist in recruiting weekends
- Other duties as assigned by Tennis Staff
- Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies
Required Hard / Specialized Skills
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00
- Availability to work nights and weekends

- In a student employee capacity may perform or assist with functions in support of human health and wellness initiatives or recreational safety
Job Description:
- May assist with various health or recreational programs
- Adhere to and ensure safety procedures and precautions are followed
- May coordinate logistics for recreational programs scheduling facilities reserving equipment and managing participant registration
- May assist or coordinate tasks for health initiatives
- May partner with staff or other student employees to encourage the Baylor Community to live active and healthy lives
- May assist or lead with intramural sports group fitness classes outdoor trips special events and wellness initiatives
- May attend and participate in meetings related to human health or recreation and contribute to departmental goals
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- May perform outreach to internal and external partner to advertise recreation or health resources
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
