- Design and Develop Wireless Ranging Systems: Collaborate with engineers to design and develop advanced wireless ranging systems using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies.- Signal Processing: Implement low-level signal processing algorithms in both hardware (HW) and firmware (FW) as well as algorithms for range calculation.- System Optimisation: Analyse and optimise system performance including latency accuracy and power consumption to meet project requirements.- Hardware and Software Integration: Work closely with HW and SW engineers to integrate ranging solutions into existing platforms and develop new custom systems.- Validation and Testing: Test prototypes of wireless ranging systems in the lab conducting thorough evaluations using various RF testers and identifying and resolving issues.- Architecture: Create detailed technical architecture including design specifications and system layouts for new projects.- Interaction: Interact frequently with various teams including firmware software hardware and product management to ensure seamless project delivery.- Data Analysis: Deal with and analyse large datasets debug data and draw insights to improve system performance.

Deep understanding of RX and TX MODEM and RF chains
Deep knowledge of Wireless communication systems
