Job Description
In this role the candidate will be responsible for simulating camera systems based on simulated or measured characteristics of different camera components. The team closely collaborates with cross-functional teams to define hardware design specifications and key performance metrics. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about modeling the real world based upon physical principles and adapting new skills in different fields to foresee user experience with cameras that might not even exist.
- BS in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Imaging Science Optics or related fields
- Experience in signal processing imaging science and statistics
- Experience working with Matlab and Python
- MS/Ph.D in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Imaging Science Optics or related fields
- 3 year experience in related fields
- Experience in computer vision
- Experience in optics
- Knowledge in sensor technology
- Knowledge in ISP algorithms
- Hands-on in GPU programming and C
- Great communication skill when working with cross-functional teams
