Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead all aspects of the design and implementation of various upcoming projects and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality a key contributor to our team this person will have a visible impact on the success of internal and cross-functional projects working with engineers as well as business partners both internally and outside the company. You will lead projects both small and large coordinate meetings and help to identify and address hurdles to project success though effective collaboration.


  • 8 years of project management experience
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Quip Confluence Slack
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (i.e. Waterfall Agile)
  • Experience in High Tech or Retail industry


  • Ability to read and write Japanese
  • Experience working with 3rd parties
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across a variety of business units
  • Ability to lead take action and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity
