Job Description
HPC-Industrialpowered by Clean Harbors inDeer Park TXis looking for aSpecialty Mechanical Service Technicianto join their safety conscious team! TheSpecialty Mechanical Service Technicianwill need to have qualifications in one or more of the following: Leak Repair Field Machining Line Isolation NDT Hydrotesting Hot Tapping & Line Stopping.
WORK SCHEDULE: Dependent upon contracts with customers

Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment by complying with company and customer safety standards and legal regulations. Promptly addresses any safety concerns.
- Adheres to all company policies anddemonstrates commitment to our core values.
- Diagnoses issues with leaking components reporting findings to supervisory staff and engineering teams.
- Conducts leak mitigation tasks which may include:
- Identify situations requiring the use of safety equipment.
- Completes necessary documentation and administrative tasks.
- Works collaboratively with field teams client representatives and management.
- Keeps informed about the companys products and services to better assist customers.
Qualifications
Work Environment:
- Based at a branch or on-site location.
- Involves both indoor and outdoor work in industrial settings.
- Interaction with team members supervisors and clients.
- Working near production machinery with high noise levels.
- Required to use personal protective equipment.
- Ability to adapt to different job sites and weather conditions.
- Traveling to various sites may be required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must be physically able to walk climb and perform field duties.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Good observational skills.
- Manual dexterity for routine office and field tasks.
- Able to travel to off-site locations when necessary.
- Skilled in multitasking and maintaining focus in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
