Job Description
We are looking for a software engineer to work on building the next generation of features for Visual Intelligence including user interfaces APIs and core software components. Our work is primarily in Swift / SwiftUI so prior experience is highly preferred. If you are an outstanding software engineer with no Swift experience wed still love to hear from you.
- 3-5 years of professional experience writing software
- At least part of those years writing software for either macOS and iOS using Swift / SwiftUI
- Experience using Xcode and Apples developer APIs
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- A learning mentality and a willingness to try things that may fail. You should be able to learn from both success and failures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced highly collaborative team environment
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147400 and $272100 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
